2018 ICME Summer Workshops

AUGUST 13, 2018 (ALL DAY) TO AUGUST 18, 2018 (ALL DAY)


ICME offers a variety of summer workshops to students, ICME partners and the wider community.

This year's series of day-long workshops is happening from August 13-18, 2018, as detailed below.

All workshops are from 9:00AM to 4:45PM (four 75-minute sessions separated by time for breaks).



Registration price is for 1 registered attendee to attend 1 specific workshop:
General Public $400    |   Current Full-time University Staff/Faculty $100    |   Current Full-time University Student $75
Only current full-time university students, faculty and staff may register at the university rate. In addition to university/.edu email address for registration, current full-time university photo ID matching order confirmation (student; faculty/staff) is required for check in. Otherwise, the General Public $400 price will be charged. No exceptions.


Please read these Important Notes before selecting the workshop(s) you'd like to attend:

  • Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
  • Please note that these are not Stanford for-credit courses.
  • Stanford employees: STAP funds are not an available payment option. You may request reimbursement from your department if expense is approved by your supervisor.
  • If you complete four or more workshops, you qualify for an ICME Summer Workshops Certificate of Completion.
  • Room locations, information on what to bring, and directions to campus will be provided to those who register in advance of each workshop.
  • If registering for others, you must provide each workshop attendee's full name, email address, job title, organization.
  • You may register and pay for up to 6 people for each workshop. If you have more than 6 people to register and pay for any workshop, for those workshops, please place additional online orders.
  • Only current full-time university students, faculty and staff may register at the university rate. Otherwise, the General Public $400 price will be charged. No exceptions.
  • At this time, these workshops are only open to attendees 18 years or older.
