2018 ICME Summer Workshops

AUGUST 13, 2018 (ALL DAY) TO AUGUST 18, 2018 (ALL DAY)

ICME offers a variety of summer workshops to students, ICME partners and the wider community.
This year's series of day-long workshops is happening from August 13-18, 2018, as detailed below.
All workshops are from 9:00AM to 4:45PM (four 75-minute sessions separated by time for breaks).


Rate is for 1 registered attendee to attend 1 registered workshop:
General Public $400    |   * Current Full-time University Staff/Faculty $100    |   * Current Full-time University Student $75
EVERYONE MUST REGISTER ONLINE, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. NO REGISTRATIONS AT ANY OF THE WORKSHOP VENUES. NO EXCEPTIONS.


Please read these Important Notes before selecting the workshop(s) you'd like to attend:
* Only current full-time university students, postdocs, faculty and staff may register for themselves at the university rate. Please do not register on behalf of others.
In addition to using your university/.edu email address when you create an account to register, (excluding Stanford University) please reply to your email order confirmation that has the subject line “Thank You for Your Order with Stanford Ticket Office” within 1 (ONE) day from order date and attach clear photo images, screen shots or photocopies as follows:
-- University Students/Postdocs: official university full-time class schedule showing full name and current Summer-Fall 2018 academic year.
-- University Staff/Faculty: current university photo ID showing full name and job title or staff/faculty affiliation.
If we need additional credentials, we will contact you. No refunds for any and all orders.

  • Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
  • Please note that these are not Stanford for-credit courses.
  • Stanford employees: If approved by your department, you may use your department's P-Card to pay online, then ask your dept. administrator to change the department PTAEO to the STAP fund PTAEO.
  • If you complete four or more workshops, you qualify for an ICME Summer Workshops Certificate of Completion.
  • Room locations, information on what to bring, and directions to campus will be emailed to registered attendees closer to the date of each workshop.
  • If registering for others, you must provide each workshop attendee's full name, email address, job title, organization.
  • You may register and pay for up to 6 people for each workshop. If you have more than 6 people to register and pay for any workshop, for those workshops, please place additional online orders.
  • * Only current full-time university students, postdocs, faculty and staff may register at the university rate by providing the required credentials.
  • At this time, these workshops are only open to attendees 18 years or older.

  • There are 10 day-long workshops.
    You can only attend the day-long workshop(s) you registered for. On days that have 2 or more workshops, please select 1.
