Onsite Check-in & Ticket Delivery Methods

Onsite check-in - Please present your email order confirmation and valid photo ID for check-in purposes. Please refer to the event's webpage/oder confirmation for any other additional information about the event.

e-Ticket - The e-ticket delivery is the standard delivery method for ticketed events. It allows you to receive a digital copy of your ticket.  You will receive two (2) emails ; a confirmation email and an email with your attached tickets.  The email with the attached tickets will arrive up to 30 minutes after the confirmation email. Each ticket is individually bar-coded and required for admission. You can print your e-tickets on any standard 8 1/2 x 11 paper (white paper is best) and bring it to the event. You can also display your e-ticket using your mobile device. Please be sure to turn your screen brightness to the max level when presenting tickets on mobile devices.

Mail - When tickets are issued and this option is offered and selected, a $2 fee will be charged. Tickets will be mailed to the address provided, unless otherwise noted.  Tickets for orders received less than ten (10) business days prior to event date will be held at Will Call at the Stanford Ticket Office or at the venue where the event is being held. 

Will Call - For events that issue tickets and this option is offered and selected, a $2 fee will be charged. Tickets can be picked up at the Stanford Ticket Office during regular business hours or at the venue.  Will Call at the venue will open one (1) hour prior to the event time and remain open for thirty (30) minutes after the start of the event.  Photo ID matching the name on the ticket order is required.
