The Stanford Ticket Office resale policy is to not resell a ticket in which the patron who purchased the ticket did not consent.
The Stanford Ticket Office will always communicate our actions to the patron and the patron must give consent in person, over the phone or via email to release their ticket. When we resell the ticket, it is always for face value and nothing more.
Subject to the needs and resources of the event, a patron can return their ticket to the Stanford Ticket Office for resale and be given the below options:
· Exchange it for another event (exchanges out of and into are allowed only for Department of Music concerts within the same academic year)
· Place the money on account credit to use towards a future event (on-account credit is allowed only for Department of Music concerts to be used within the same academic year or the amount is forfeited to the Department of Music)
· Transfer the on-account credit amount towards the event's department revenue (valid only for Departmen of Music concerts)
